Nursing Care after Stent Fixation for Upper Limb Fracture

目的:对上肢骨折外固定支架固定术后的护理方法进行探讨.方法:采集2017年1月-2019年10月于我院接受外固定支架固定的上肢骨折患者174例,通过随机法分为87例对照组(常规护理)与87例观察组(优质护理),比较不同护理方法之间应用效果的差异性.结果:相较于对照组,观察组无痛及轻度疼痛占比更高,中度疼痛及重度疼痛占比更低,差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05).相较于对照组,观察组生活质量各项指标评分更高,差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05).相较于对照组,观察组护理满意度更高,差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在外固定支架固定术后护理中,可通过优质护理方法以取得显著干预效果,使疼痛程度减轻,提高生活质量,促进护理满意度的提升.

Objective:To explore the nursing methods of external fixation of upper limb fracture.Methods:174 patients with upper limb fracture who received external fixation stent fixation in our hospital were collected and divided into 87 control groups(routine nursing)and 87 study groups(quality nursing)by random method to compare the application effect between different nursing methods.Results:Compared with the control group,the proportion of painless and mild pain in the study group was higher,the proportion of moderate pain and severe pain was lower,the difference was large and statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of each index of quality of life in the study group were higher,the difference was large and statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher,the difference was large and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the postoperative nursing care of external fixed stent fixation,we can achieve significant intervention effect through high quality nursing method,so as to reduce the degree of pain,improve the quality of life and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
