摘要
目的:仔细探究微创钢板接骨技术治疗复杂胫骨远端骨折的临床效果观察.方法:选取2016年6月-2019年6月于我院接受治疗的63例复杂胫骨远端骨折患者作为主要对象,采用数字随机表达法分组,对照组为31例,观察组为32例.2组患者分别接受常规切开复位内固定术、微创钢板接骨技术治疗,比较2种手术方案的有效性和安全性、治疗优良率、并发症发生率、骨折愈合时间及AOFAS踝-后足评分.结果:经比较2种内固定方法的治疗效果,2组患者的手术时间比较无明显差异;观察组患者的术后活动时间、术后负重时间、骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗优良率显著高于对照组,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);经比较2种内固定方法的安全性,观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较存在显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者的骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的AOFAS踝-后足评分大于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:经过分析得知,针对临床患有复杂胫骨远端骨折患者给予微创钢板接骨技术治疗,其治疗效果较佳,值得临床大力推广应用.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of complex distal tibial fractures.Methods:63 patients with complex distal tibial fractures who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the main subjects.They were divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The patients in the two groups were treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation and minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis respectively.The effectiveness and safety,excellent rate of treatment,complication rate,fracture healing time and AOFAS ankle posterior foot score of the two operation schemes were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups after comparing the treatment effect of the two internal fixation methods;the activity tim e,weight-bearing time and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there w£is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)after comparing the safety of the two internal fixation methods,the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the fracture healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the AOFAS ankle hind foot score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the analysis,we know that the minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis is better for the patients with complex distal tibial fractures,which is worthy of clinical application.
