不同产地三七地下部营养成分分析 被引量:5

An Analysis of Nutrient Content in the Underground Part of Panax notoginseng from Different Producing Areas

摘要 为探明三七地下部营养成分特征,对19个三七主要种植地的三七地下部(主根、剪口、筋条)灰分、水分、醇溶性浸出物、粗脂肪、蛋白质、多糖、淀粉、粗纤维8个指标进行了测定,并采用主成分分析法进行了聚类分析.结果表明:三七粗脂肪的变异幅度最大,灰分、水分、醇溶性浸出物、蛋白质、淀粉变异范围小;以平方欧氏距离7作为分类标准,可根据地下部营养成分含量将19个三七产地分为3类,第一类属营养成分含量丰富地区,第二类属营养成分含量一般地区,第三类属营养成分含量少地区.综上所述,本研究表明文山、丘北、广南、麻栗坡、西畴的三七地下部营养品质较好. In order to examine the characteristics of nutrients in the underground part of Panax notoginseng, eight nutrient indicators in the underground part of P. notoginseng(main root, rhizome and rootlet) in 19 main planting areas were analyzed by principal component and clustering analysis. The results showed that the variation of crude fat of P. notoginseng was the largest, and the variation range of ash, water, alcohol-soluble extract, protein and starch was small. The squared euclidean distance 7 was used as the classification standard, and the 19 production areas were divided into 3 categories according to the nutrient content in the underground part of P. notoginseng. The first category was the areas with rich nutrient content, the second category was the areas with general nutrient content, and the third category was areas with lower content. In summary, the results showed that the nutrient quality of the underground parts of P. notoginseng in Wenshan, Qiubei, Guangnan, Malipo and Xichou are better.
