器械辅助康复肌少症的进展

摘要 肌少症又称“肌肉减少症”,作为一种主要特征为骨骼肌力量、质量和功能下降,容易影响老年患者生活质量,危及其生命安全的严重退行性疾病。目前研究发现该病的诱发因素多种多样,包括长期的高血糖、摄入过少的热量、各种激素水平的下降等。因此,临床上还难以通过改变生物规律或抗衰老等方式达到治疗肌少症的目的,而实施相应的器械辅助治疗,能够抑制病情恶化,改善肌少症患者的躯体功能和生活质量。其中器械辅助主要以康复运动为主,借助医疗器械,包括髋关节训练器、下肢功率车、股四头肌训练器、哑铃训练等方式。本文就器械辅助在肌少症康复方面进行综述,旨在更全面的了解器械辅助治疗的手段。 Sarcopenia,also known as"myopenia",is a serious degenerative disease characterized by the decline of skeletal muscle strength,quality and function,which easily affects the quality of life of elderly patients and endangers their life safety.At present,there are many kinds of predisposing factors of the disease,including long-term hyperglycemia,too little calorie intake,the decline of various hormone levels and so on.Therefore,it is difficult to achieve the purpose of treating myoshao by changing biological law or anti-aging in clinic.The implementation of corresponding instrument assisted treatment can inhibit the deterioration of the disease and improve the physical function and quality of life of myoshao patients.The main methods of the device assistance are rehabilitation,including hip joint training device,lower extremity power vehicle,quadriceps femoris training device and dumbbell training.This article reviews the application of instrumental therapy in the rehabilitation of sarcopenia in order to understand the means of instrumental therapy more comprehensively.
