摘要
产时胎儿电子胎心监护可以对胎儿的宫内情况进行有效监测,可以及时发现胎儿宫内缺氧情况,对胎心监护图形的合理解读能够有效降低新生儿发生惊厥、脑瘫以及酸中毒发生率,因此电子胎心监护对于保障胎儿安全具有重要意义。但是目前学术界关于电子胎心监护仪的判读标准还没有形成完全统一的规范,导致在实际应用中存在较高的假阳性率,一定程度上了增加了剖宫产率。因此在应用电子胎心监护降低不良分娩结局的同时如何对产程作出更加科学合理的决策是一个值得深入思考的问题。近些年很多专家学者关于产时电子胎心监护仪的临床应用开展了一系列研究,本文对这些研究进展进行综述。
Fetal electronic fetal heart rate monitoring during labor can effectively monitor the fetal intrauterine condition,timely find the fetal intrauterine hypoxia,and reasonable interpretation of fetal heart rate monitoring graphics can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal convulsion,cerebral palsy and acidosis,so the electronic fetal heart rate monitoring is of great significance for the protection of fetal safety.However,the current academic interpretation standards of electronic fetal heart monitor have not yet formed a completely unified standard,resulting in a high false-positive rate in practical application,to a certain extent increased the rate of cesarean section.Therefore,how to make a more scientific and reasonable decision on the labor process while using electronic fetal heart rate monitoring to reduce the adverse outcome of labor is a problem worthy of in-depth consideration.In recent years,many experts and scholars have carried out a series of research on the clinical application of electronic fetal heart monitor during labor.This paper summarizes these research progress.
