足踝减压垫在骨科下肢牵引术中的应用研究进展

随着足踝减压垫的出现与发展,临床上关于足踝减压垫联合下肢牵引术治疗下肢骨折的研究报道越来越多,并取得了良好的结果。足踝减压垫有结构简单、制作便捷、操作容易、价格低廉等优点,能够稳定牵引效果,减少足跟部压疮等并发症的发生,临床效果较好,但临床上关于足踝减压垫联合下肢牵引术仍然存在争议。鉴于此,本文将通过简述下肢牵引术,进一步阐述足踝减压垫的具体应用方法,分析足踝减压垫在骨科下肢牵引术中的作用。

With the emergence and development of ankle and decompression pads,there are more and more clinical reports on the treatment of lower limb fractures with ankle and decompression pads combined with lower extremity traction,and good results have been achieved.The ankle decompression pad has the advantages of simple structure,convenient manufacture,easy operation,and low price.It can stabilize the traction effect and reduce the occurrence of complications such as heel pressure ulcers.The clinical effect is good,but clinical decompression of the ankle The pad combined with lower limb traction is still controversial.In view of this,this article will further describe the specific application method of the ankle decompression pad by briefly describing lower extremity traction,and analyze the role of the ankle decompression pad in orthopedic lower extremity traction.
