希森美康XN550及手工法在检验静脉血与末梢血的结果异常分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析希森美康XN550及手工法在检验静脉血与末梢血的结果异常。方法:选取本院自2019年1月~2020年1月接诊的120例健康体检者均采集静脉血与末梢血样本,并分别采用手工法与希森美康血液分析仪1000i进行血样检验,并以外周血细胞镜检手工法为血常规检验“金标准”。对比统一血液样本在不同检测方式下的结果。结果:在以手工法检测结果为金标准下行静脉血血常规检测结果对比,仪器检测与手工检测结果差异较小,P>0.05;在以手工法检测结果为金标准下行末梢血血常规检测结果对比,仪器检测与手工检测结果差异较小,P>0.05;对静脉血与末梢血血常规检测结果进行对比,P>0.05。结论:对患者行血常规检查给予静脉血采样并行希森美康血液分析仪检验可有效提高对患者检验准确率。 Objective:To analyze the abnormal results of Sysmex XN550 and manual methods in the examination of venous blood and peripheral blood.Method:Select 120 healthy medical examiners in this hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 to collect venous blood and peripheral blood samples,and use manual method and Sysmex blood analyzer 1000i for blood sample test respectively.And the manual method of peripheral blood cell microscopy is the"gold standard"for routine blood testing.Compare and unify the results of blood samples under different testing methods.Results:Compared with the results of routine venous blood testing based on manual detection results as the gold standard,the difference between instrument detection and manual detection is small,P>0.05;Comparing the results of routine peripheral blood testing with manual detection results as the gold standard,the difference between instrumental and manual testing results is small,P>0.05;comparing the results of routine testing of venous blood and peripheral blood,P>0.05.Conclusion:Routine blood examination for patients with venous blood sampling and Sysmex blood analyzer test can effectively improve the accuracy of patient testing.
