无痛肠镜下高频电凝切除结合黏膜下注射治疗结肠息肉的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of High Frequency Electrocoagulation Combined with Submucosal Injection in the Treatment of Colonic Polyps Under Painless Colonoscopy

目的:评价无痛肠镜下高频电凝切除+黏膜下注射治疗结肠息肉的可行性和效果,为结肠息肉疾病治疗工作提供参考。方法:选择本院2018年6月~2019年8月收治的结肠息肉疾病患者,共70例。结合结肠息肉患者治疗方案进行对照组(n=35)、观察组(n=35)随机分组治疗,对照组结肠息肉患者采取无痛肠镜下高频电凝切除治疗,观察组结肠息肉患者配合黏膜下注射治疗。对比2组结肠息肉患者的治疗情况,包括手术相关指标以及术后应激反应指标、炎症反应指标水平情况。结果:治疗后,组间术后恢复时间比较,观察组少于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,组间应激、炎症反应指标水平比较,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:结肠息肉疾病临床常见,采取无痛肠镜下高频电凝切除的同时配合黏膜下注射治疗患者术后恢复快且机体应激、炎症反应明显减轻,是结肠息肉有效的治疗手段。

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and effect of high frequency electrocoagulation resection under painless colonoscopy and submucosal injection in the treatment of colon polyps,and provide reference for the treatment of colon polyps.Methods:A total of 70 patients with colon polyp disease admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected.The control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35)were randomly divided into two groups,patients in the control group were treated with high-frequency electrocoagulation under painless enteroscopy,and patients in the observation group were treated with submucosal injection.The treatment status of colon polyps in the two groups was compared,including the level of surgically related indicators,postoperative stress response indicators and inflammatory response indicators.Results:After treatment,the postoperative recovery time of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of stress and inflammatory response indicators between groups were compared,and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Colonic polyps are common in clinic.It is an effective treatment for colonic polyps to adopt the combination of high frequency electrocoagulation resection under painless colonoscopy and submucosal injection to treat patients with rapid postoperative recovery and significantly reduced stress and inflammatory response.
