摘要 目的:基于CT测量胫骨平台后方的解剖参数,为支撑钢板的设计提供参数。方法:收集50例正常成人胫骨的CT数据,建立模型,测量胫骨平台后方解剖学参数。结果:测得解剖参数为:(1)平台距腓骨头距离a:(11.87±1.91)mm;(2)胫骨平台宽度b:(69.72±4.68)mm;(3)平台内侧与腓骨头距离c:(50.75±4.59)mm;(4)外侧平台高度d:(12.52±2.24)mm;(5)内侧平台高度e:(14.95±2.53)mm;(6)比目鱼肌线l:(65.33±7.76)mm;a与b无相关性(P>0.01),c、d、e及l均与b有相关性(P<0.01)。结论:本次测量数据直观,方法简单,数据精确可靠,对于胫骨平台后方钢板的设计具有指导意义。 Objective:Measure the anatomical parameters behind the tibial platform based on CT,providing parameters for the design of the supporting plate.Methods:Collect the CT data of the tibia of 50 normal adults,establish a model,and measure the anatomical parameters of the posterior tibial plateau.Results:The measured anatomical parameters are:(1)the distance between the platform and the fibular head a:(11.87±1.91)mm;(2)the width of the tibial plateau b:(69.72±4.68)mm;(3)the distance between the inner side of the platform and the fibular head c:(50.75±4.59)mm;(4)Lateral platform height d:(12.52±2.24)mm;(5)Inner platform height e:(14.95±2.53)mm;(6)Soleus muscle line 1:(65.33±7.76)mm;a and b have no correlation(P>0.01),c,d,e and l are all correlated with b(P<0.01).Conclusion:The measurement data is intuitive,the method is simple,and the data is accurate and reliable,which is of guiding significance for the design of the rear plate of the tibial platform.
