消化性溃疡高危险出血内镜征像对内镜治疗的指导价值

The Value of Endoscopic Imaging of High-risk Bleeding of Peptic Ulcer in Endoscopic Treatment

目的:分析消化性溃疡经过内镜治疗后的效果,并且对危险出血情况展开分析。方法:本文统计2019年3月~2020年3月入院的消化性溃疡患者91例为研究样本,根据随机抽样的方式进行分组,其中一组为实验组,共计46例患者,展开内镜治疗,另一组为对照组,共计45例患者,展开常规的对症治疗,收集并比较两组患者的治疗效果,并且分析其高危险出血内镜征像。结果:纳入对照组中患者临床总有效率占比为82.22%,再出血率为27.02%。相应的实验组中患者临床总有效率占比为95.65%,再出血率为8.69%。经过研究得知:对照组中患者的临床效果与再出血率显著低于实验组的数据,P<0.05,存在临床可比较的价值。结论:给予胃溃疡出血患者实施Forrest分级,之后展开分层数据分析,可以给患者的内镜治疗提供有效的指导,从而提高止血率,大大降低了再出血率的发生,治疗显著且能够提高患者的预后。

Objective:To analyze the effect of endoscopic treatment of peptic ulcer,and to analyze the dangerous bleeding.Methods:This article counts 91 peptic ulcer patients admitted from March 2019 to March 2020 as research samples.They are grouped according to random sampling.One group is the experimental group,with a total of 46 patients undergoing endoscopic treatment.The other group was the control group,with a total of 45 patients,who carried out routine symptomatic treatment,collected and compared the treatment effects of the two groups of patients,and analyzed their high-risk bleeding endoscopic signs.Results:The total clinical effective rate of patients included in the control group was 82.22%,and the rebleeding rate was 27.02%.In the corresponding experimental group,the total clinical effective rate of patients accounted for 95.65%,and the rebleeding rate was 8.69%.After research,it is known that the clinical effect and rebleeding rate of patients in the control group are significantly lower than the data in the experimental group,P<0.05,which is of clinically comparable value.Conclusion:The implementation of Forrest grading for patients with gastric ulcer bleeding,followed by stratified data analysis,can provide effective guidance for the patient's endoscopic treatment,thereby increasing the hemostasis rate,greatly reducing the incidence of rebleeding,and the treatment is significant and can improve the patient's prognosis.
