ICU重危患者行肠外营养时加用微量泵持续泵入普通胰岛素控制血糖水平的价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析ICU危重患者肠外营养加用微量泵持续泵入普通胰岛素对其血糖水平的控制效果。方法:选取2018年8月~2019年10月本院ICU收治的重危患者86例,采用简单随机化法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予营养袋根据6~8g葡萄糖:1U胰岛素加入普通胰岛素,观察组在此基础上加用微量泵持续泵入普通胰岛素,比较两组治疗前后血糖水平、GCS昏迷指数及不良反应发生率、死亡率。结果:治疗后观察组血糖水平优于对照组,观察组GCS评分高于对照组,不良反应发生率、死亡率均低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:ICU重危患者肠外营养加用微量泵持续泵入普通胰岛素可控制血糖水平,且不良反应较小,可有效改善患者的预后,值得借鉴。 Objective:To analyze the effect of parenteral nutrition plus continuous pumping of ordinary insulin with micropump on blood glucose level in critically ill ICU patients.Methods:To choose between August 2018 and October 2019 of 86 patients with heavy crisis,admitted in our hospital ICU were divided into control group and observation group by simple randomization method,the control group given nutrition bags according to 6~8 g glucose:1U to join the regular insulin,insulin group add trace on the basis of continuous pump into the regular insulin,compared two groups before and after treatment the blood sugar level,GCS coma index and incidence of adverse reactions,the mortality rate.Results:After treatment,the blood glucose level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,incidence of adverse reactions and mortality were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant P<0.05.Conclusion:Parenteral nutrition plus continuous pumping of ordinary insulin with micro pump can control the blood glucose level in critically ill ICU patients,with little adverse reactions,and can effectively improve the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of reference.
