卵巢子宫内膜异位患者行1.5T磁共振对诊断准确率的效果分析

摘要 目的:分析卵巢子宫内膜异位患者行1.5T磁共振对诊断准确率的效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年10月在本院就诊的62例卵巢子宫内膜异位患者,均接受CT和1.5T磁共振检查,并将检查结果与病理检查结果对比,分析两种检查结果的准确率。结果:通过对62例卵巢子宫内膜异位患者实施CT检查,诊断为卵巢内膜异位症患者35例,误诊患者27例;27例误诊患者中,14例误诊为卵巢卵泡囊肿,8例误诊为炎性包块,5例误诊为右侧输卵管妊娠流产型;CT诊断符合率为56.45%(35/62);通过对62例卵巢子宫内膜异位患者实施1.5T磁共振检查,诊断为卵巢内膜异位症患者59例,其中误诊为卵巢囊肿2例,误诊为卵巢囊肿扭转出血1例;1.5T磁共振检查诊断符合率为95.16%(59/62)。结论:卵巢子宫内膜异位患者接受1.5T磁共振检查,可以对疾病进行准确的诊断。 Objective:To analyze the effect of 1.5T MR in the diagnosis of ovarian endometriosis.Methods:A total of 62 patients with ovarian endometriosis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected.All patients underwent CT and 1.5T magnetic resonance examination.The results of the examination were compared with the results of pathological examination.Check the accuracy of the results.Results:Through CT examination of 62 patients with ovarian endometriosis,35 patients were diagnosed with endometriosis and 27 were misdiagnosed.Of the 27 misdiagnosed patients,14 were misdiagnosed as ovarian follicular cysts and 8 were misdiagnosed as Inflammatory mass,5 cases were misdiagnosed as right abortion abortion type;CT diagnosis coincidence rate was 56.45%(35/62);Through the 1.5T MRI examination of 62 patients with ovarian endometriosis,59 patients were diagnosed as ovarian endometriosis,of which 2 were misdiagnosed as ovarian cysts,and 1 was misdiagnosed as ovarian cysts with torsion bleeding;1.5T magnetic The diagnostic coincidence rate of resonance examination was 95.16%(59/62).Conclusion:Patients with endometriosis of the ovary receive a 1.5T magnetic resonance examination,which can accurately diagnose the disease.
