核磁共振技术对肛瘘的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of MRI in Anal Fistula

目的:研究核磁共振技术应用在对肛瘘诊断中的价值探究。方法:选择2019年1月~2019年12月到本院进行治疗的42例肛瘘患者作为本文的研究对象,所有患者均被最终确诊为肛瘘,对所有患者在进行治疗前常规采用核磁共振技术进行诊断,分析核磁共振技术和病理诊断结果诊断的准确率。结果:经病理诊断,42例患者均被确诊为肛瘘患者,通过核磁共振诊断,确诊为肛瘘患者40例,诊断率为95.24%,漏诊2例,漏诊率4.76%,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:对肛瘘患者在进行检查的过程中,通过核磁共振技术进行诊断可有效提升肛瘘的诊断准确率,诊断结果和临床病理结果十分接近,因此可以作为对肛瘘进行诊断的有效诊断手段加以应用。

Objective:To investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of anal fistula.Methods:42 patients with anal fistula who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects in this article.All patients were finally diagnosed as anal fistula.All patients were routinely diagnosed with MRI before treatment,analyze the accuracy of MRI and pathological diagnosis.Results:After pathological diagnosis,42 patients were all diagnosed with anal fistula.40 patients were diagnosed with anal fistula by MRI.The diagnosis rate was 95.24%,2 cases were missed,and the rate of missed diagnosis was 4.76%,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:In the process of examination of patients with anal fistula,diagnosis by MRI can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of anal fistula.The diagnosis results and clinical pathological results are very close,so it can be used as an effective diagnostic method for steel building diagnosis.
