主被动康复训练器对脑瘫患儿四肢功能的改善效果研究

Study on the Improvement Effect of Active and Passive Rehabilitation Training Device on Limb Function of Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的:探讨脑瘫患者四肢功能恢复中选用主被动康复训练器的价值。方法:纳入60例脑瘫患者研究(2018年9月~2020年6月),按1:1比例分为对照组(n=30,选用常规康复训练)、观察组(n=30,在对照组基础上选用主被动康复训练器),统计两组康复效果、日常生活能力。结果:(1)康复效果:观察组上肢、下肢高于对照组,统计值P<0.05。(2)日常生活能力:观察组高于对照组,统计值P<0.05。结论:主被动康复训练器在脑瘫患者护理中效果确切,可改善其上下肢功能,亦可提高其日常生活能力,值得借鉴。

Objective:To explore the value of active and passive rehabilitation training devices in the recovery of limb function in patients with cerebral palsy.Methods:A study of 60 patients with cerebral palsy(September 2018~June 2020)were included,and they were divided into a control group(n=30,using conventional rehabilitation training)and an observation group(n=30,using active and passive rehabilitation training device on the basis of the control group)according to the ratio of 1:1.The rehabilitation effect and activities of daily living of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)Rehabilitation effect:the upper limbs and lower limbs of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the statistical value was P<0.05.(2)Daily life ability:the observation group is higher than the control group,and the statistical value is P<0.05.Conclusion:The active and passive rehabilitation training device has a definite effect in the nursing of patients with cerebral palsy.It can improve the functions of the upper and lower limbs and improve the ability of daily living.It is worth learning.
