B超引导下宫腔镜治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of B-guided Hysteroscopy on Submucosal Uterine Fibroids

目的:分析B超引导下宫腔镜治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:本试验择取2018年6月~2020年6月本院所收治的70例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者为研究样本。按照患者治疗方法不同,将其分为对照组34例以及观察组36例。对照组患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗疾病,观察组患者接受宫腔镜手术,分析结果。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组手术时间、月经恢复时间更短,术中出血量更少,P<0.05;对照组疾病复发10例,复发率为29.4%高于观察组的2例,5.7%,P<0.05。结论:应用B超引导下宫腔镜治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤,此法有助于减少患者术中出血量、缩短手术时间,可减少疾病复发率以及并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of B-guided hysteroscopy in the treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids.Methods:70 patients with submucosal uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study samples.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(34 cases)and observation group(36 cases).Patients in the control group received laparoscopic surgery for disease treatment,and patients in the observation group received hysteroscopic surgery.Analyze the results.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The operation time and menstrual recovery time in the observation group were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was less,P<0.05.There were 10 cases of disease recurrence in the control group,and the recurrence rate was 29.4%higher than the 2 cases in the observation group,5.7%,P<0.05.Conclusion:B-ultrasono-guided hysteroscopy for the treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids is helpful to reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time,and reduce the incidence of disease recurrence and complications.
