肛肠熏洗仪熏洗对肛周脓肿患者术后康复的影响

Effect of Anorectal Fumigation Apparatus Combined with Fumigation and Washing of Chinese Medicine on Postoperative Rehabilitation in Patients with Perianal Abscess

目的:探讨肛肠熏洗仪配合熏洗在肛周脓肿患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年11月~2019年10月本院收治的肛周脓肿术后患者84例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组实施熏洗,观察组应用肛肠熏洗仪配合熏洗。对比两组创面愈合情况、创面肉芽生长以及疼痛情况。结果:观察组干预7d后创面缩小率大于对照组,创面肉芽生长、主诉疼痛程度分级法(VRS)评分均低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛肠熏洗仪配合熏洗能够加快肛周脓肿患者术后创面恢复,利于缩短创面愈合时间,减轻疼痛感受,值得应用。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of anorectal fumigation apparatus combined with fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with perianal abscess.Methods:84 patients with perianal abscess surgery who were admitted in the hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with anorectal fumigation apparatus combined with fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine.The wound healing,granulation of wound,and pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The wound reduction rate of the observation group was larger than that of the control group after intervention for 7d,the granulation of wound and score of verbal rating scale(VRS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anorectal fumigation apparatus combined with fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine can accelerate postoperative wound recovery of patients with perianal abscess,shorten wound healing time,and reduce the feeling of pain,which is worthy of application.
