心电监护仪监测在外科老年患者术后检测中的应用

Use of Electrocardiogram Monitor in Elderly Surgical Patients

目的:分析外科老年患者手术后实施心电监护仪检测效果。方法:选择在本院进行外科手术治疗的45例老年患者为研究样本,其手术时间均在2018年12月~2019年12月。全部患者均在手术完成并返回病房后使用心电监护仪进行病情监测。观察监测效果。结果:45例患者实施心电监护仪监测后,有36例(80.00%)患者未出现异常情况,有9例(20.00%)患者发生异常情况。9例心电监护异常患者中,有2例(22.23%)患者心电图指标出现异常,发生心律失常;有3例(33.33%)患者血压连续下降;有1例(11.11%)患者血压明显升高并超出正常水平;有3例(33.33%)患者出现血氧饱和度水平低于95%。结论:外科老年患者手术后实施心电监护仪监测有助于医护人员掌握病情变化情况,以便及时开展相应治疗措施。

Objective:To analyze the effect of electrocardiogram monitoring in elderly surgical patients after surgery.Methods:45 elderly patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research samples,and the operation time was from December 2018 to December 2019.All patients used ECG monitors to monitor their condition after the operation was completed and returned to the ward.Observe the monitoring effect.Results:After 45 patients were monitored by the ECG monitor,36 patients(80.00%)had no abnormalities,and 9 patients(20.00%)had abnormalities.Among the 9 patients with abnormal ECG monitoring,2 patients(22.23%)had abnormal ECG indicators and arrhythmia;3 patients(33.33%)had a continuous drop in blood pressure;1 patient(11.11%)blood pressure was significantly increased and exceeded the normal level;3 patients(33.33%)had blood oxygen saturation levels below 95%.Conclusion:The implementation of electrocardiogram monitor monitoring after surgery for elderly patients in surgery helps medical staff to grasp the changes in the patient’s condition,so as to carry out corresponding treatment measures in time.
