急性心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭患者应用无创呼吸机辅助治疗的临床效果及对血氧饱和度的影响

The Clinical Effect of Noninvasive Ventilator Assisted Therapy in Patients with Acute Heart Failure and Respiratory Failure and Its Effect on Blood Oxygen Saturation

目的:分析急性心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭患者应用无创呼吸机辅助治疗的临床效果及对血氧饱和度的影响。方法:本研究共84例研究对象,均为急性心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭患者,其中42例行无创呼吸机辅助治疗的患者列为研究组,另外42例行持续低流量吸氧治疗的患者列为参照组,所有研究对象均选自2018年4月~2020年4月。比较两组患者治疗前后血气指标,统计心率与呼吸频率,观察治疗效果。结果:在PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)/FiO_(2)上,研究组高于参照组;在PaCO_(2)上,研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。在心率与呼吸频率上,研究组优于参照组(P<0.05)。在临床疗效上,研究组95.24%高于参照组80.95%(P<0.05)。结论:急性心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭患者采用无创呼吸机辅助治疗的效果较好,可改善患者的血氧饱和度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator assisted therapy in patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure and its effect on blood oxygen saturation.Methods:A total of 84 patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure were enrolled in this study.42 patients with non-invasive ventilator assisted therapy were included in the study group,and 42 patients with continuous low flow oxygen inhalation were included in the reference group.All subjects were selected from April 2018 to April 2020.The blood gas indexes,heart rate and respiratory rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:In PaO_(2),SaO_(2) and PaO_(2)/FiO_(2),the study group was higher than the reference group;in PaCO_(2),the study group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).In heart rate and respiratory frequency,the study group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).In clinical efficacy,95.24%in the study group was higher than 80.95%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of non-invasive ventilator assisted therapy is better in patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure,which can improve the oxygen saturation of patients.
