肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的胸部CT影像学特点及临床诊断

Chest CT Imaging Features and Clinical Diagnosis of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的:探讨肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的胸部CT影像学特点,然后针对患儿CT的影像学检查并分析其临床效果和应用价值。方法:随机选取本院2019年1月~2020年1月接受治疗的30例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究组,然后选取30例健康患儿作为对照组,对60例幼儿进行胸部CT检查,然后分析其影像特点。结果:对比两组患儿在CT扫描后影像学特征,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过胸部CT影像学检查,可以精确地找出肺部异常的位置,推动治疗的有序性。

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of chest CT imaging in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia,and then to analyze its clinical effect and application value.Methods:30 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly selected as the study group,and then 30 healthy children were selected as the control group.Chest CT examinations were performed on 60 young children,and the image characteristics were analyzed.Results:The imaging characteristics of the two groups were compared after CT scan,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through chest CT imaging examination,the abnormal position of the lungs can be accurately found and the orderliness of treatment can be promoted.
