两种角膜屈光手术方式治疗高度近视眼的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察比较飞秒激光辅助准分子原位角膜磨镶术、角膜板层刀制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视眼临床效果。方法:以2017年9月~2018年9月来本院接受治疗的高度近视眼患者284例(共计568只眼)为观察对象,按术式不同分成A、B两组,分别采用飞秒激光辅助准分子原位角膜磨镶术、角膜板层刀制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术。对比不同手术疗效。结果:同组内术前比较,两组患者术后各时间点UCVA均有显著改善(P<0.05),但术后两组的比值差异并不大(P>0.05);A组患者术后12个月的安全性指数、有效性指数明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:飞秒激光辅助准分子原位角膜磨镶术、角膜板层刀制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术均能提高高度近视眼患者术后裸眼视力,相较而言前者更具有效性和安全性。 Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effects of femtosecond laser-assisted excimer in situ keratomileusis and corneal lamellar flap excimer laser in situ keratomileusis in the treatment of high myopia.Methods:284 patients with high myopia(568 eyes in total)who came to our hospital for treatment from September 2017 to September 2018 were taken as observation objects.They were divided into two groups A and B according to different surgical procedures.Femtosecond lasers were used respectively.Auxiliary excimer in situ keratomileusis,corneal lamellar flap excimer laser in situ keratomileusis.Compare the effects of different operations.Results:Comparing preoperatively within the same group,the UCVA of the two groups of patients was significantly improved at all time points after the operation(P<0.05),but the difference in the ratio between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05);The safety index and effectiveness index at 12 months were significantly better than group B(P<0.05).Femtosecond laser-assisted excimer in situ keratomileusis and corneal lamellar flap excimer laser in situ keratomileusis can improve the postoperative naked vision of patients with high myopia.Conclusion:Compared with the former,it is more effective and safety.
