Application of a Self-made Ureter Catheter Connecting Device in Urinary Surgery Operations

随着我国泌尿外科事业的蓬勃发展,在泌尿外科中基本操作越来越多,如经皮肾镜手术中的人工肾积水、输尿管逆行插管造影术、尿道造影术、孤立肾肾盂癌灌注化疗治疗及乳糜尿的治疗都需要在尿道及输尿管内插入输尿管导管后进行造影及灌药操作,传统的操作是用注射器针头与输尿管导管尾端连接后推造影剂及灌注药物,因不匹配易造成造影剂、药物的浪费及针刺伤的发生。为避免造成浪费及针刺伤的发生,利用静脉输液针自制输尿管导管连接装置并应用于临床,取得了显著效果,其操作简单、经济实用。

With the prosperous development of urinary surgery in our country,there are more and more basic operations in urinary surgery,such as artificial hydronephrosis in percutaneous nephroscope operation,retrograde ureter intubation urography,urography,irrigating chemotherapy for solitary renal pelvis cancer and therapy of chyluria.Ureter catheter is inserted into urethra and ureter;then urography and drug irrigation will be operated.In traditional operation,needle of injector connects the end of ureter catheter to push contrast agent and irrigate drug.Contrast agent and drug may be wasted and puncture may be caused owing to mismatching.To avoid waste and puncture,vein transfusion needle is used to make ureter catheter connecting device used in clinical therapy.Remarkable effect has been got from it.The operation is simple,economical and practical and can be popularized easily.
