信息化追踪管理系统对提高普外科腔镜器械管理规范性的影响

The Influence of Information Tracking Management System on Improving the Standardization of General Surgical Endoscopic Instruments Management

目的:探究信息化追踪管理系统对提高普外科腔镜器械管理规范性的影响。方法:本院2019年4月~2020年4月对普外科腔镜器械管理实施信息化追踪系统,对比实施前后,普外科腔镜器械的管理质量、器械差错率和医务人员对器械管理方式的满意度。结果:对照组腔镜器械管理质量评分低于观察组(P<0.05);对照组腔镜器械差错率高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组腔镜器械管理满意率低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:信息化追踪管理系统可明显提高普外科腔镜器械管理的规范性,降低器械差错率,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the impact of information tracking management system on improving the standardization of general surgery endoscopic instruments management.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020 in our hospital,we implemented an information tracking system for the management of general surgical endoscopic instruments.Before and after implementation,we compared the quality of management of general endoscopic instruments,the error rate of devices and the management methods of medical personnel satisfaction.Results:The management quality score of endoscopic equipment in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05);the error rate of endoscopic equipment in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of endoscopic equipment management in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The information tracking management system can significantly improve the standardization of general surgical endoscopic device management and reduce the error rate of devices,which is worthy of application.
