公安院校协同育人机制研究

当前,我国经济社会发展遇到各种各样的风险,包括政治风险、网络空间安全风险、经济风险、国家安全风险、社会风险等,这些风险如果不予以有效预防与化解,会给国家的长治久安和人民群众的安居乐业造成重大影响。重大风险防控是对公安机关提出的要求,当然也是对公安院校人才培养提出的要求。协同育人是公安院校优化人才培养的重要举措。但眼下公安院校协同育人存在一些问题:协同育人的理念偏保守;协同育人机制与防控重大风险的要求有一定距离;协同育人的形式较为单一;参与协同的机构较为单一。公安院校应积极完善协同育人机制,形成开放协同育人的理念,改善学校协同育人的软硬件环境,丰富协同育人的途径与方式方法,完善协同育人成效的评价机制。

With the deepening of reform and opening up,political risk,cyberspace security risk,economic risk,national security risk,social risk and other risks appear,If these risks are not effectively resolved and prevented,It will have a significant impact on the long-term stability of the country and the people's living and working in peace and contentment.The prevention and control of major risk for is responsibilities of public security organs,Of course,it also puts forward higher requirements for talent training in public security colleges.Collaborative education is an important measure to optimize personnel training in public security colleges.However,the following problems exist in the collaborative education of Public Security Colleges and universities.However,there are some problems exist in the collaborative education of Public Security Colleges and universities:the concept of collaborative education is conservative;there is a certain distance between the mechanism of collaborative education and the requirements of prevention and control of major risks;the form of collaborative education is relatively single;more single agency involved in the collaboration.The public Security colleges and universities should actively improve the mechanism of collaborative education,form the concept of open and collaborative education;improve the software and hardware environment of collaborative education in schools;enrich the ways and methods of collaborative education;improve the evaluation mechanism of the effectiveness of collaborative education.
