疫情期间高校大学生心理引导干预工作存在的问题与对策

新冠肺炎的暴发,对我国社会造成了极大的危害,疫情的传染性对大学生的心理造成了极大影响,为此,非常有必要对大学生进行心理引导干预。但是从现实情况来看,可以发现高校存在对学生心理引导不重视、缺乏专业的心理引导人员、心理引导干预机制不健全、心理引导干预方式单一等问题。这些问题的存在,直接影响了高校大学生心理引导干预工作的开展。因此,高校应当通过深化对心理引导工作的认识、加强心理引导工作者队伍建设、健全心理引导预防机制和丰富心理引导干预途径等措施,加强大学生心理引导干预工作。

The outbreak of new coronary pneumonia has caused great harm to our society.The infectiousness of the epidemic has greatly affected the psychology of college students.For this reason,it is very necessary to conduct psychological guidance and intervention for college students.However,from the actual situation,it can be found that the school does not pay attention to the psychological guidance of students,lacks professional psychological guidance personnel,the psychological guidance intervention mechanism is not sound,and the psychological guidance intervention method is single.The existence of these problems directly affects the development of psychological guidance intervention for college students.Therefore,schools should deepen the understanding of psychological guidance work,strengthen the construction of psychological guidance workers,improve psychological guidance intervention prevention mechanisms,and enrich psychological guidance intervention methods to strengthen the development of psychological guidance intervention for college students.
