学生党员培养和发展是高校基层党组织重要的基础性工作。本文从实践育人在学生党员发展质量提升中的意蕴出发,分析当前学生党员培养发展中实践育人方面存在的问题,积极发挥实践育人作用,促使高校基层党组织更好地做好学生党员发展工作,提升学生党员发展质量。

The cultivation and development of student Party members is an important basic work of the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities.In the process of realizing the"two centenary goals"and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,higher standards and requirements are put forward for colleges and universities to cultivate party members in the new era.Starting from the practice of quality education in the party members'development connotation in ascension,the deep investigation practice education problems in the process of improving the quality of party members'development,actively explore the practice education in party optimization strategy for the development of quality improvement in function,colleges'basic level party organizations to better practice of the party member development work,improving the quality of party members'development.
