摘要
自福建省泉州市发生严重根结线虫病的甘薯地采集线虫样本,经形态学观察发现该线虫与象耳豆根结线虫(Meloidogyne enterolobii)原始描述相符;rDNA-ITS序列分析表明,其与GenBank中象耳豆根结线虫同区域序列的相似性达99%以上;利用象耳豆根结线虫特异性引物进行PCR扩增,得到236 bp的特异性片段,据此确定所采集的甘薯根结线虫为象耳豆根结线虫.这是首次在福建省甘薯上发现象耳豆根结线虫.
Nematode samples were collected from a sweet potato field with severe root-knot nematode disease in Quanzhou,Fujian Province,China.The morphological characteristics of the samples were consistent with the original descriptions of Meloidogyne enterolobii.The sequences of rDNA-ITS shared a high degree of genetic similarity(>99%)with the relevant regional sequences of M.enterolobii.The specific fragment of 236 bp was obtained by PCR amplification using species-specific primers of M.enterolobii.Based on the above results,the species of root-knot nematode on sweet potato was identified as M.enterolobii.This is the first report of M.enterolobii on sweet potato in Fujian Province.
