不同八仙花品种对遮阴和强光处理的生理响应与评价 被引量:16

Physiological responses of ten Hydrangea macrophylla cultivars to shading and evaluation of strong light tolerance

摘要 以10个八仙花品种为材料,研究不同光照强度对其生长发育和光合生理指标的影响,通过主成分分析筛选评价八仙花耐光照能力的指标,并采用隶属函数分析和聚类分析对八仙花耐光照能力进行评价.结果表明:随着光照的减少,光饱和点、光补偿点、总叶数、叶和茎的鲜重与干重、地上总生物量及可溶性糖含量呈逐渐下降的趋势,比叶面积、叶片含水量、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素a/叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量呈逐渐上升的趋势;50%光照下的株高高于全光照和25%光照,可溶性蛋白含量的变化规律不明显.主成分分析结果表明,叶绿素含量、叶和茎的鲜重与干重、地上总生物量、叶片含水量、光饱和点及光补偿点可作为八仙花耐光照能力的鉴定指标.隶属函数分析和聚类分析的结果表明,以耐光照能力可将10个品种分为5组,由强到弱依次为:‘玛蒂尔德’;‘汉堡’、‘完美玛丽斯’和‘花手鞠’;‘蓝矮人’和‘佳澄’;‘珍贵’和‘无尽夏’;‘康士坦’和‘纱织小姐’.本研究为八仙花品种的园林应用提供了科学依据. To evaluate the light tolerance of Hydrangea macrophylla,10 cultivars of H.macrophylla were subject to different shading treatments,then the photosynthetic and physiological indicators were evaluated using membership function and clustering analytical method.The results showed that with the decrease of light intensity,light saturation point,light compensation point,total leaf number,fresh weight and dry weight of leaves and stems,total biomass of the aboveground part,and soluble sugar content gradually decreased while specific leaf area,leaf water content,chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,chlorophyll a/b value,and total chlorophyll content gradually increased.Plant height under 50%light intensity was higher than those under full and 25%light intensity.The variation of soluble protein content was not significant.Principal component analysis showed that photosynthetic pigment content,dry and fresh weight of leaves and stems,total biomass of the aboveground parts,water content of leaves,light saturation point,light compensation point could be used to evaluate the plant′s ability to withstand strong light.Through membership function and cluster analysis,the 10 cultivars were divided into 5 categories according to their strong light tolerances,leading by‘Mathilde Gütges’in the top rank,followed by‘Hanatemari’and‘Mariesii Perfecta’in the second rank,‘Hamburg’,‘Blauer Zwerg’and‘Kasumi’in the third group,‘Preziosa’and‘Forever Summer’and‘Bodensee’in the fourth group,and‘Miss Saori’at the bottom of the list.This study contributes to the scientific ground for the application of H.macrophylla cultivars.
