高职高专实习护生逆商现状及与应对方式的相关性研究

Study on status quo of adversity quotient and its correlation with coping style of nursing students in higher vocational colleges

目的:了解高职高专实习护理专业学生(护生)逆商现状,探究其与应对方式之间的相关性,为临床护理教育者提高实习护生的逆商水平,进而提高其抗挫折能力提供参考依据。方法:采用一般资料问卷、路西版逆商量表、应对方式问卷对620名实习护生进行调查和分析。结果:大部分护生的逆商得分处于警惕值与理想值之间。应对方式的5个维度中,得分由高到低依次为解决问题、求助、幻想、退避、合理化和自责。逆商5个维度得分及总分均与应对方式中解决问题、求助维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:实习护生的逆商与应对方式有相关性,提示通过提升个人应对能力,可以提高护生的抗挫折能力,提高其逆商水平。

Objective:To understand the status quo of adversity quotient of nursing students in vocational colleges and explore the correlation between it and coping style,and so as to provide reference for clinical nursing educators to improve the adversity quotient level of nursing students in practice,so as to improve their ability to resist setbacks.Methods:A total of 620 nursing students were investigated and analyzed by using the general information questionnaire,the adversity quotient form of the Luci version and the coping style questionnaire.Results:The adversity quotient scores of most nursing students were between the alert value and the ideal value.Among the five dimensions of coping style,the scores in descending order were problem solving,help-seeking,fantasy,retreat,rationalization and self-criticism.The scores of five dimensions and total scores of adversity quotient were positively correlated with the scores of problem solving and help-seeking dimensions of coping style(P<0.05).Conclusions:The adversity quotient of nursing students was correlated with the coping style.It was suggested that improving individual coping ability can improve the ability to resist setbacks and their level of adversity quotient.
