基于CiteSpace的血液透析动静脉内瘘研究领域的热点和前沿分析

Hot spots and frontiers analysis of arteriovenous internal fistula in hemodialysis based on CiteSpace

目的:调查动静脉内瘘在血液透析应用中的研究现状,明确其研究热点和研究前沿,为动静脉内瘘科研工作提供思路以及辅助临床血液透析安全有效地进行。方法:本研究纳入2000年—2019年Web of Science数据库核心合集中检索到的有关动静脉内瘘相关文献作为数据来源,运用CiteSpaceⅤ软件绘制知识图谱,对知识主体、研究热点和研究前沿等方面进行可视化分析。结果:2000年1月1日—2019年5月9日血液透析动静脉内瘘相关研究文献发文量呈现逐年递增的趋势;发文量排名较前的国家有美国、加拿大、意大利等;发文量排名较前的研究机构有阿拉巴马大学伯明翰分校、阿拉巴马大学系统、多伦多大学等;发文量排名较前的期刊有Seminars in Dialysis、American Journal of Kidney Diseases、Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation等。通过关键词词频分析得出相关热点为“动静脉内瘘在维持性血液透析中的应用”“动静脉内瘘的并发症及处理”“动静脉内瘘病人相关的心理体验”。得出血液透析动静脉内瘘研究领域的前沿在早期动静脉内瘘失功、超声技术在动静脉内瘘病人中的应用、人造血管、介入治疗等方面。结论:通过文献计量学的分析,明确了动静脉内瘘在血液透析领域的研究热点和研究前沿,为动静脉内瘘科研工作提供基础。

Objective:To investigate the research status of the application of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis,clarify the research hotspot and research frontier,so as to provide ideas for the scientific research of arteriovenous internal fistula and assist the safe and effective conduct of clinical hemodialysis.Methods:In this study,papers related to arteriovenous internal fistula retrieved from the core collection of the Web of Science database from 2000 to 2019 were included as data sources.The CiteSpaceⅤsoftware was used to draw the knowledge map,and the visual analysis was carried out on knowledge subjects,research hotspots and research frontiers.Results:From January 1,2000 to May 9,2019,the number of literature on arteriovenous internal fistula in hemodialysis had been increasing year by year.The United States,Canada,Italy and other countries ranked higher in the number of published articles.The University of Alabama at Birmingham,the University of Alabama System,the University of Toronto and other institutions ranked higher in the number of published articles.Seminars in Dialysis,American Journal of Kidney Diseases,Nephrology Dialysis Transplantation and other journals ranked higher in the number of published articles.Through the analysis of keyword frequency,the relevant hot spots were"the application of arteriovenous internal fistula in the maintenance hemodialysis""the complications and management of arteriovenous internal fistula"and"the psychological experience of patients with arteriovenous internal fistula".The research frontiers of arteriovenous internal fistula in hemodialysis were the early loss of function of arteriovenous internal fistula and the application of ultrasonic technology in patients with arteriovenous internal fistula,artificial blood vessels,interventional treatment and so on.Conclusions:Through the analysis of bibliometrics,the research hotspots and research frontiers of arteriovenous internal fistula in hemodialysis field were identified,which provided a basis for the scientific research of arteriovenous internal fistula.
