有限元分析和快速制造方法探索吸痰管机 器端残留真空的影响因素

摘要 呼吸道用吸引导管(吸痰管)的真空控制装置的残留真空值超过行标要求,是监督抽查和注册检验中主要不合格项目。文章通过有限元分析和快速制造方法从机器端内径、机器端开口大小、机器端开口高度三个因素来探索机器端的产品设计结构对吸痰管机器端残留真空的影响,为吸痰管生产企业对产品风险控制提供指导。 The residual vacuum value of the vacuum control device of the suction catheter(sputum suction tube)for respiratory tract fail to meet the requirements of the standard,which is the main unqualified item in the market supervision and the registration test.Through the finite element analysis and rapid manufacturing method,this paper investigates the influence of the product design structure of the machine end on the residual vacuum at the machine end from three factors:inner diameter of the machine end,opening size of the machine end,opening height of the machine end,so as to provide guidance for the sputum suction tube manufacturers to control the product risk.
