基于矩阵式电刺激的膝关节康复装置的研制

摘要 全膝关节置换术和膝关节周围骨折术后局部肿胀疼痛、关节活动受限和关节周围肌力下降是需要解决的关键问题,低频电刺激可有效地消肿镇痛、预防废用性肌萎缩;主动运动和抗阻训练可快速增加肌力。项目拟开发一种全新的外骨骼式膝关节康复装置,将融合矩阵式低频电刺激组件、人机关节轴匹配的柔性动力组件、人机力学交互组件三大模块,配合训练辅助软件,为患者康复提供一种全新的多模交互式训练方法,有效改善术后康复过程中伤口疼痛,增大膝关节活动度,增强膝关节周围肌力,缩短术后康复周期,提升康复效果。 Swelling and pain,limited joint movement and decreased muscle strength are key issues that need to be addressed following total knee arthroplasty.Lowfrequency electrical stimulation can effectively reduce swelling,relieve wound pain,and prevent muscle atrophy of disuse.Active and resistance exercise can quickly increase muscle strength.This project intends to develop a novel exoskeleton knee joint rehabilitation device,which will integrate three major modules:matrix low-frequency electrical stimulation components,human-machine joint axes matched flexible components,and human-machine interaction components,with training assistance software,providing a new multi-mode interactive training method for patient,effectively controlling pain during postoperative rehabilitation,increasing range of motion,enhancing the muscle strength,and promoting the recovery from surgery.
