下肢假肢装配后的功能评估方法的研究

Research on the Function Evaluation Method of Lower Limb Prosthesis After Assembly

目的:假肢装配后的临床功能评估是评定假肢使用和代偿功能的重要方面,是判断假肢应用是否合理的重要依据。方法:采集了20例小腿截肢者穿戴假肢后的测试数据。主要从假肢装配后的平衡功能、步行功能、职业功能三个方面,完成了假肢装配后的平衡能力评估项目、步行能力评估项目、职业能力评估项目的研究。结果:平衡能力评估显示,18例能够很好地完成量表的项目内容,评定为优秀,2例评定为一般;步行能力评估显示,16例能够很好地完成量表的项目内容,评定为优秀,4例评定为一般;职业能力评估结果显示,15例能够很好地完成量表的项目内容,评定为优秀,5例评定为一般。结论:本研究设计的项目能够满足假肢功能评估的要求,并可用于指导假肢装配和使用训练,对假肢装配服务能够起到指导和规范的功能。

Objective:The clinical function evaluation after prosthesis assembly is an important aspect to evaluate the use and compensation function of the prosthesis,and it is an important basis for judging whether the prosthesis is reasonable.Methods:This study mainly completed the research on the balance function,walking function and occupational function after prosthesis assembly,and collected 20 people.Test data of the calf amputee wearing a prosthesis.Results:balance ability evaluation showed that 18 cases were able to complete the items of the scale well,rated as excellent,2 cases as average;walking ability evaluation showed that 16 cases were able to complete the items of the scale well,rated as excellent,4 cases as average;occupation ability evaluation showed that 15 cases were able to complete the items of the scale well,rated as excellent,5 cases as average It was rated as average.Conclusion:The project designed in this study can meet the requirements of prosthesis function evaluation,and can be used to guide the assembly and use training of prosthetics,and can provide guidance and standardization functions for prosthesis assembly services.
