腔隙性脑梗死应用CT与核磁共振检查的诊断价值对比评价 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究腔隙性脑梗死应用CT与核磁共振检查的诊断价值。方法:选取本院腔隙性脑梗死患者66例作为研究对象,随机将其划分为对照组、观察组各33例,对照组予以CT诊断,观察组予以核磁共振诊断,观察两组诊断效果。结果:CT诊断腔隙性脑梗死患者敏感度、特异度、准确度分别是57.9%(11/19)、50.0%(7/14)、54.5%(18/33),MR诊断腔隙性脑梗死患者敏感度、特异度、准确度分别是94.7%(18/19)、78.6%(11/14)、87.9%(29/33);两组比较,观察组患者的检查时间比对照组长,梗死大小比对照组小,检查费用比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:为腔隙性脑梗死应用核磁共振诊断效果优于CT诊断。但这种方法花费的检查时间长,经济上的花费较高。因此,具体的诊断方法应按照患者的实际情况来选择。 Objective:To study the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in lacunar infarction.Methods:A total of 66 patients with lacunar infarction in our hospital were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 33 cases each.The control group was diagnosed by CT and the observation group was diagnosed by MRI to observe the diagnostic effect of the two groups.Results:CT diagnosis of lacunar infarction patients’sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 57.9%(11/19),50.0%(7/14),54.5%(18/33),MR diagnosis of lacunar The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of infarction patients were 94.7%(18/19),78.6%(11/14)and 87.9%(29/33)respectively;comparing the two groups,the observation group had longer examination time than the control group,the infarct size was smaller than that of the control group,and the examination cost was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI diagnosis for lacunar infarction is better than CT diagnosis.However,this method takes a long time to check and is economically expensive.Therefore,the specific diagnosis method should be selected according to the actual situation of the patient.
