DR摄片应用于大批量胸部体检筛检出肺内结节的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of DR Film in Screening Pulmonary Nodules by Mass Chest Physical Examination

目的:分析DR摄片在大批量胸部体检筛检出肺内结节中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析于2017年7月~2019年7月在进行本院胸部体检筛检者的临床资料,对2年间15410人次进行DR摄片后,回顾15410人次影像学资料。对疑似肺部结节受检者同时接受CT检查,对比DR摄片与CT检查肺内结节确诊率,并分析DR摄片对大批量胸部体检筛检肺内结节的检出效果。结果:在2年间,DR摄片检出31例肺内结节,手术或临床最终确诊肺癌患者12例、结节瘤8例、肺腺癌4例、浸润性肺腺癌3例、炎性结节患者4例。CT检查结果显示出肺内结节30例,提示恶性26例、良性4例。结论:DR摄片与CT平扫手段均可以用于大批量胸部体检筛检中,但是DR摄片的诊断准确率更高,与手术病理学检测结果相差无几,相较于CT平扫的应用价值更高。

Objective:To analyze the application value of DR film in screening pulmonary nodules by mass chest physical examination.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of chest physical examination and screening in our hospital,15410 people were photographed by DR in two years,and 15410 people were reviewed.Patients with suspected pulmonary nodules were examined by CT at the same time.The diagnostic rate of pulmonary nodules was compared between DR and CT,and the detection effect of DR was analyzed.Results:In the past two years,31 cases of pulmonary nodules were detected by DR,12 cases of lung cancer,8 cases of nodular tumor,4 cases of lung adenocarcinoma,3 cases of infiltrative lung adenocarcinoma and 4 cases of inflammatory nodule were finally confirmed by operation or clinic.The results of CT showed 30 cases of pulmonary nodules,26 cases of malignant and 4 cases of benign.Conclusion:Both DR and CT plain scan can be used in large-scale screening of chest physical examination,but the diagnostic accuracy of DR is higher,which is similar to the results of surgical pathology,and has higher application value compared with CT plain scan.
