分析心血管超声应用于心血管疾病的临床诊断效果

Analysis of the Clinical Diagnosis of Cardiovascular Ultrasound in Cardiovascular Diseases

目的:分析心血管疾病采用心血管超声诊断的临床价值。方法:选取50例2017年9月~2019年9月收治的心血管疾病患者,所有患者均给予常规十二导联心电图检查和心血管超声检查,比较两种方法对心血管疾病的诊断准确率。结果:常规心电图检查诊断准确40例,其诊断准确率80.0%;心血管超声检查诊断准确48例,其诊断准确率为96.0%,与常规心电图诊断准确率比较差异明显(P<0.05)。轻度三尖瓣反流患者的Vp、SPAP显著低于中度和重度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心血管超声在心血管疾病诊断中具有较高准确率,且能够较好地反映患者的病情严重程度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.Methods:50 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected.All patients were given routine 12-lead electrocardiogram examination and cardiovascular ultrasound examination,and the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods for cardiovascular diseases was compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of routine ecg was 80.0%in 40 cases.The diagnostic accuracy of cardiovascular ultrasound examination was 96.0%in 48 cases,which was significantly different from that of conventional ecg(P<0.05).Vp and SPAP of patients with mild tricuspid regurgitation were significantly lower than those with moderate and severe tricuspid regurgitation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiovascular ultrasound has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases,and can better reflect the severity of the patient’s condition.
