摘要
目的:分析鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血的效果。方法:挑选2018年10月~2019年10月本院收治的60例顽固性鼻出血患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组应用传统填塞治疗,观察组运用鼻内镜下射频治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出血量少于对照组,且鼻腔黏膜恢复时长、鼻腔通气时长、住院时长都短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于顽固性鼻出血患者,于鼻内镜下治疗,效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the effect of endoscopic treatment of intractable epistaxis.Methods:60 patients with intractable epistaxis admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional tamponade,while the observation group was treated with radiofrequency under nasal endoscope,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the nasal mucosa recovery time,nasal ventilation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with intractable epistaxis,endoscopic treatment has obvious effect and high application value.
