腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗宫颈癌的成效比较

Comparison of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery for Cervical Cancer

目的:比较腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗宫颈癌的成效。方法:挑选2017年5月~2019年5月本院收治的80例宫颈癌患者,依据数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组80例。采用传统开腹手术治疗对照组患者,观察组患者选择腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术,对两组成效进行对比。结果:两组手术各指征比较,观察组各指标值相比对照组更优(P<0.05)。经治疗观察组患者的生活质量有很大提升,更好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用腹腔镜术治疗宫颈癌,疗效胜于传统开腹手术,有效改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To compare the effect of laparoscopic and open surgery for cervical cancer.Methods:80 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to digital table method,80 patients in each group.Traditional laparotomy was used to treat patients in the control group,while laparoscopic radical hysterectomy was selected for patients in the observation group,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results:The indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life of the patients in the observation group has been greatly improved,which is better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy is more effective than traditional laparotomy in the treatment of cervical cancer and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
