摘要
目的:观察空气波压力循环治疗仪在预防人工全膝关节置换术后双下肢深静脉血栓形成过程中的效果。方法:实验研究对象的纳入时间介于2019年2月~2020年2月,均为本院接受人工全膝关节置换术治疗的330例患者,根据随机平行方式完成患者的分组,对照组有患者165例,其治疗方法为低分子肝素钙,观察组有患者165例,其治疗方法为空气波压力循环治疗仪。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率、肢体肿胀、肢体疼痛以及治疗1周后肢围差异均与对照组患者存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:空气波压力循环治疗仪可以减少肢体、肿胀情况的出现,促进了观察部位肢围的改善,避免了双下肢深静脉血栓的形成。
Objective:To observe the effect of air wave pressure circulatory therapy instrument in preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after total knee arthroplasty.Methods:The period of inclusion of experimental research objects is from February 2019 to February 2020,were treated with total knee arthroplasty in our 330 patients,according to random parallel way to complete the patient’s group,conventional group with 165 cases of patients,the treatment methods for low molecular heparin calcium,participate in the group with 165 cases of patients,the treatment methods for air pressure wave cycle therapy apparatus.Results:The effective rate,limb swelling,limb pain and the circumference of hind limbs in the participating group were significantly different from those in the conventional group at 1 week of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Air wave pressure circulation therapy instrument can reduce the occurrence of limbs and swelling,promote the improvement of limb circumference at the observation site,and avoid the formation of deep venous thrombosis in both lower limbs.
