组合式外固定支架在四肢创伤骨科手术中的临床应用效果观察

Clinical Application of Combined External Fixator in Orthopedic Surgery for Limb Trauma

目的:探究在四肢创伤骨科手术中实施组合式外固定支架对于患者的效果分析。方法:90例四肢创伤骨科手术患者为研究对象,均入院实施组合式外固定支架的治疗手段,比较治疗前后肘关节功能的评分指标,统计临床疗效。结果:经治疗干预后,所有患者的肘关节功能评分均优于治疗前,且P<0.05。同时,治疗效果较为理想的患者人数共有81例,总有效率为90%。结论:在四肢创伤骨科手术中,对患者施行组合式外固定支架的干预,可显著改善患者的肘关节功能及骨折位置的活动水平,效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of combined external fixator in orthopedic surgery for limb trauma on patients.Methods:90 cases of orthopedic surgery patients with limb trauma were studied.All patients were admitted to hospital for treatment with combined external fixator.The scoring indexes of elbow joint function before and after treatment were compared,and the clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment and intervention,the elbow joint function scores of all patients were better than before treatment,and P<0.05.At the same time,there are 81 patients with ideal therapeutic effect,with a total effective rate of 90%.Conclusion:In orthopedic surgery for limb trauma,the intervention of combined external fixator for patients can significantly improve the elbow joint function and the activity level of fracture position,with significant effect.
