观察卫生管理方式对医院外来手术器械清洗质量的影响

Observe the Impact of Sanitary Management Methods on the Cleaning Quality of Foreign Surgical Instruments in Hospitals

目的:评估卫生管理方式运用于医院外来手术器械管理过程中对其清洗质量所构成的影响。方法:对照组选自2018年4月~2018年12月本医院收入的30份外来手术器械及25名医护工作人员,该组选用传统卫生管理方式,观察组选自2019年4月~2019年12月本医院收入的30份外来手术器械及25名医护工作人员,该组选用全面卫生管理方式,研究医院外来手术器械清洗质量合格整体计算率、医院外来手术器械金属包装盒清洗质量合格整体计算率、医护工作人员对医院外来手术器械清洗质量满意整体计算率。结果:观察组医院外来手术器械清洗质量合格整体计算率比较对照组效果统计资料增多(P<0.05);观察组医院外来手术器械金属包装盒清洗质量合格整体计算率比较对照组效果统计资料增多(P<0.05);观察组医护工作人员对医院外来手术器械清洗质量满意整体计算率比较对照组效果统计资料增多(P<0.05)。结论:在医院外来手术器械管理过程中使用全面卫生管理方式有助于提升其清洗质量。

Objective:To evaluate the impact of sanitary management methods on the quality of cleaning of foreign surgical instruments in hospitals.Methods:The reference group was selected from 30 foreign surgical instruments and 25 medical staff members who were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to December 2018.This group selected traditional health management methods.The experimental group was selected from April 2019 to 2019.In December,the hospital received 30 foreign surgical instruments and 25 medical staff.This group selected a comprehensive sanitary management method to study the overall calculation rate of qualified cleaning of foreign surgical instruments in the hospital,and the overall calculation of qualified cleaning of metal packing boxes for foreign surgical instruments in the hospital Rate,the overall calculation rate of medical staff’s satisfaction with the cleaning quality of foreign surgical instruments in the hospital.Results:The overall calculation rate of qualified foreign surgical instrument cleaning quality in the experimental group compared with that of the reference group increased(P<0.05);the overall calculation rate of qualified foreign metal surgical box cleaning quality in the experimental group compared with that of the reference group increased(P<0.05);the medical staff in the experimental group were satisfied with the cleaning quality of the foreign surgical instruments in the hospital.The overall calculation rate of the comparison group was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of comprehensive sanitary management methods in the management of foreign surgical instruments in hospitals can help improve their cleaning quality.
