基于Logistic-ISM模型的农民工高职入学意愿影响因素探析

Exploration on the Influencing Factors of Migrant Workers’Willingness to Take Higher Vocational Education Based on Logistic-ISM Model

农民工入学高职意愿受诸多因素影响。通过对农民工高职入学意愿影响因素的实地调查,采用Logistic-ISM模型进行实证分析。结果表明,农民工选择入学高职主要受年龄、成就获得、专业前景、就业导向和入学行为等因素影响。这些影响因素在整个系统中既相互联系又相互独立,其中入学行为是表面因素,就业导向是中间因素,而年龄、成就获得和专业前景是深层因素。本文以此为基础,提出了促进农民工入学高职的措施。

There are many factors that affect the willingness of migrant workers to take higher vocational education.The paper makes an empirical analysis of the situation by Logistic-ISM model based on the survey of the factors which in⁃fluence the migrant workers to take higher vocational education.The results show that the age,achievement acquisition,professional prospect,employment orientation and enrollment behavior are the main factors that influence the selection of migrant workers to take higher vocational education.These factors are interrelated and independent in the whole system,among which enrollment behavior is the superficial factor,the employment orientation is the intermediate factor and the age,achievement acquisition and professional prospect are the deep-seated factors.On this basis,the paper puts forward some measures to promote the enrollment of migrant workers into higher vocational education.
