新疆高职学生家庭教育体系构建初探

On Construction of Family Education System for Vocational College Students in Xinjiang

家庭教育在高职学生成长成才中有着举足轻重的作用,和学校教育、社会教育有着不同的侧重点。文章通过凝练家庭教育的内容、探索家庭教育的途径、健全家庭教育的机制等,构建符合高职学生特点的家庭教育体系,有效提升家庭教育的效果,着力发挥家庭教育的育人功能,让家庭教育成为高职学生成长成才的“强心针”而非“退化池”,提升家庭教育、社会教育和学校教育培养人才的协同作用,培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才。

Family education plays an important role in the growth of vocational college students and has different em⁃phases with school education and social education.The paper constructs a family education system which accords with the characteristics of vocational college students by condensing the contents of family education,exploring the ways of family education and perfecting the mechanism of family education,tending to improve the effect of family education,to give full play to the educational function of family education,to make family education become a“cardiac stimulant”rather than a“degenerate pool”for vocational college students to grow up,to enhance the synergy of family education,social education and school education,and train high-quality talents with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,and labor.
