摘要 文章采用超声波无损检测技术设计了一款以STM32微处理器为核心的钢轨缺陷检测系统。针对钢轨的异型结构和检测要求,配备了多通道多角度的探头。系统主要由超声波发射模块和回波接收模块构成。经仿真和实验验证,所设计系统能有效检出钢轨缺陷,满足应用要求。 In this paper,ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology is used to design a rail defect detection system with STM32 microprocessor as the core.Multi-channel multi-Angle probe is provided for the special structure and testing requirement of rail.The system is mainly composed of ultrasonic transmitting module and echo receiving module.The simulation and experimental results show that the system can effectively detect rail defects and meet the application requirements.
