液压悬置解耦膜异响分析解决过程

摘要 以解决某SUV车型液压悬置解耦膜异响为例,详细论述了整个异响分析过程及方法。采用专业振动加速度传感器设备测试,试验与分析研究相结合的方法,为工程解决此类问题提供参考。过程主要涉及异响源头诊断确认、异响原因理论分析、异响解决方案验证。 Taking the solution to the abnormal noise of decoupling membrane of the hydraulic mount of a SUV vehicle as an example,the whole process and method of analysising abnormal noise is discussed in detail.Using professional vibration acceleration sensor in test,integrate test data and analysis to provide reference for engineering department to solve such problems.The process mainly involves diagnosis and confirmation of the source of abnormal noise,the theoretical analysis of causes of abnormal noise,and the validation of solutions.
