摘要
目的探讨护士长诚信型领导对护士建言行为的影响。方法采用分层抽样法,对厦门市某三级甲等综合性医院149名护士采用一般资料调查表、诚信型领导量表、建言行为量表进行问卷调查。结果护士建言行为总分为(42.95±7.37)分,其中促进建言行为得分(19.74±3.40)分,抑制建言行为得分(23.21±4.26)分;男护士高于女护士、编内护士高于编外护士(P<0.05);护士长诚信领导行为与护士建言行为呈正相关。结论诚信型领导可对护士产生积极影响,激励护士们积极为护理团队的发展建言献策。
Objective To explore the influence of head nurse's honest leadership on the behavior of nurse's advice.Methods By stratified sampling method,149 nurses in a third class a general hospital in Xiamen were investigated with general information questionnaire,honest leadership scale and suggestion behavior scale.Results The total score of nurse's advice behavior was(42.95±7.37)points,among which the score of promoting speech behavior was(19.74±3.40)points.The score was(23.21±4.26)points of suggestion behavior:male nurses were higher than female nurses,and the number of inservice nurses was higher than that of out of service nurses(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the behavior of head nurses'honest leadership and the behavior of nurses'advice.Conclusion Honest leadership can have a positive impact on nurses,so as to encourage nurses to actively make suggestions and suggestions for the development of nursing team.
