无痛分娩与正常分娩的临床疗效比较

Clinical Comparisons of Painless Delivery and Normal Delivery

目的比较正常分娩和无痛分娩的临床效果。方法现对于本院分娩的产妇展开研究,选取分娩时间在2019年1—12月间80例产妇进行分组,依据分娩时间的先后顺序,将分娩时间在2019年1—6月间的40例产妇纳入正常组,进行正常分娩;而分娩时间在2019年7—12月间的40例产妇则纳入无痛组,予以无痛分娩。记录两组分娩方式的产程时长、分娩结局、新生儿评分等情况,比较两种分娩方式的临床效果。结果无痛组第一、第二和第三产程的时长均短于正常组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);无痛组自然分娩和剖宫产的占比率分别时95.0%和5.0%,分别与正常组的72.5%和27.5%相比存在显著差异(P<0.05);无痛组产后出血量少于正常组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05),但两组在新生儿评分方面无明显区别(P>0.05);无痛组产妇并发症的发生率为5.0%,婴儿的并发症发生率为0,分别与正常组的20.0%和12.5%相比均存在明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩相较于正常分娩而言可以在保障产妇和婴儿安全的前提下,缩短产妇的产程,提高自然分娩的占比率,减轻分娩时的疼痛感和减少并发症的出现,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To compare the effects of normal delivery and painless delivery.Methods 80 puerpera(from January to December 2019)were chosen.According to delivery time,40 puerpera of taking normal labor(from January to June 2019)were included in the normal group;40 puerpera of taking painless delivery(from July to December 2019)were included in the painless group.The stage of labor,delivery outcomes and Apgar scores were recorded.Results The first,second and third stage of labor in painless group was significantly shorter than that of normal group(P<0.05);spontaneous labor and cesarean section rate between painless group(95.0%and 5.0%)and normal group(72.5%and 27.5%)showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05);postpartum bleeding volume in painless group was significantly smaller than that of normal group(P<0.05);Apgar scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);the incidences of maternal and infantile complications between painless group(5.0%and 0)and normal group(20.0%and 12.5%)showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with normal labor,painless delivery can better ensure maternal and neonatal safety,shorten the stage of labor,increase the spontaneous labor rate,and reduce the pain degree and complications.Its application effects are remarkable.
