阿奇霉素与左氧氟沙星治疗成人支原体肺炎的临床价值

Clinical Value of Azithromycin and Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Adult Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的探究对成人支原体肺炎治疗中应用左氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素的临床效果。方法选2018年9月—2019年10月医院接受治疗的68例成人支原体肺炎患者,随机分成两组,对照组患者采用阿奇霉素进行治疗,研究组患者采用左氧氟沙星,治疗后比较两组患者的治疗效果、临床指标、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗后的治疗有效率更高,吸收病灶时间、退热时间、咳嗽咳痰缓解时间更短,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论和阿奇霉素比较,左氧氟沙星对成人支原体肺炎治疗效果好,安全性高,起效快,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of levofloxacin and azithromycin in the treatment of adult mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 68 Adult Mycoplasma pneumoniae patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin and patients in the study group were treated with levofloxacin.After treatment,the therapeutic effect,clinical indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the study group was higher,and the time of absorption of the focus,antipyretic time and relieving time of cough and sputum were shorter.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with azithromycin,levofloxacin is effective,safe,effective and valuable in clinical application.
