穴位埋线治疗卵巢功能减退性不孕症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupoint Catgut Eembedding in the Treatment of Iinfertility With Hypoovarian Function

目的观察基于“任主胞胎”理论的埋线疗法治疗DOR不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年7月—2019年12月收治的60例卵巢功能减退性不孕症患者,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采用口服芬吗通及Gn治疗的人工周期疗法,观察组则以人工周期联合基于“任主胞胎”的穴位埋线疗法进行治疗,治疗后分别比较两组的中医证候积分、促卵泡生成素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(luteinzing hormone,LH)、FSH/LH比值、基础血清雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、抗缪勒氏管激素(antimullerian hormone,AMH)等指标变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率93.10%优于对照组的76.67%;治疗后,两组中医证候积分、AMH、E2水平均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FSH、LH、FSH/LH比值较治疗前均降低,且观察组改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组妊娠率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于“任主胞胎”的穴位埋线疗法可有效改善卵巢功能减退性不孕症患者的中医证候、提高AMH、E2水平,降低患者FSH、LH及FSH/LH比值水平。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of catgut embedding therapy based on the theory of"Renzhu Baotai"in the treatment of DOR infertility.Methods A total of 60 patients with hypoovarian infertility who were admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases).The control group was treated with oral fenmetone and artificial cycle therapy with Gn treatment,and the observation group was treated with artificial cycle combined with acupoint embedding therapy based on"independent birth".After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and promotion of the two groups were compared.follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinzing hormone(LH),FSH/LH ratio,basal serum estradiol(estradiol,E2),anti-mullerian hormone,AMH)and other indicators.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%better than the control group's 76.67%;after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,AMH,and E2 levels of the two groups were improved compared to before treatment,and the comparison between groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the ratios of FSH,LH,FSH/LH in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy based on"Renzhu Baotai"can effectively improve the TCM syndromes,increase the levels of AMH and E2,and reduce the levels of FSH,LH and FSH/LH ratio in patients with ovarian dysfunction infertility.
