Quality Nursing Effect of Patients Undergoing Thoracoscopy Pulmonary Bullosa Resection

目的研讨胸腔镜肺大泡切除术患者围手术期优质护理效果。方法80例胸腔镜肺大泡切除术患者于2017年1月—2019年1月收集,所有的患者均符合纳入排除标准,本研究经医院伦理委员会批准,并随机归为2组,对照组(n=40)术后接受常规护理指导,优质组(n=40)在常规护理下接受围手术期优质护理,对比护理后的生活质量总评测分值。结果优质组护理后的生活质量总评测分值为(78.92±6.34)分,较对照组的生活质量总评测分值(63.21±5.81)分显著提高,t=6.044,P=0.000<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论通过对胸腔镜肺大泡切除术患者采取优质的围术期护理,可从术前、术中和术后对患者进行全面的护理干预,从而有效提高护理服务质量和获得患者对护理服务的肯定,可有效改善患者的预后,促进患者的恢复,可见对胸腔镜肺大泡切除术患者采取优质的围术期护理,可有效促进患者生活质量的改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing during perioperative period in patients undergoing thoracoscopy bullosa resection.Methods Eighty patients underwent thoracoscopy bullosa resection were collected from January 2017 to January 2019.All patients met the inclusion exclusion criteria.This study was approved by the hospital ethics committee and randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group(n=40)was received routine nursing guidance after operation,and the high-quality group(n=40)was received perioperative high-quality care under conventional care,and compared the total evaluation scores of quality of life after care.Results The overall quality of life evaluation score of the quality group after nursing was(78.92±6.34)points,which was significantly higher than the total quality of life evaluation score(63.21±5.81)of the control group,t=6.044,P=0.000<0.05,there is statistical significance.Conclusion By adopting high-quality perioperative care for patients underwent thoracoscopy pulmonary bullectomy,comprehensive nursing interventions can be performed for patients before,during and after surgery,thereby effectively improving the quality of nursing services and obtaining patient-oriented nursing services.Affirmation can effectively improve the patient’s prognosis and promote the recovery of patients.It can be seen that the use of high-quality perioperative care for thoracoscopy pneumonectomy patients can effectively promote the improvement of patients’quality of life.
