摘要
目的分析精神分裂症护理中人文关怀理念的应用。方法选择2017年1月—2019年7月在本院收治的66例精神分裂症患者,所有患者进行随机分组,对照组患者33例运用常规护理,观察组患者33例在对照组基础上运用人文关怀护理,两组护理后对比相关指标。结果两组对比,观察组护理后1个月、2个月阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分好于对照组(P<0.05),以及护理后1个月、2个月精神护理观察量表(NORS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者运用人文关怀护理,有助于改善临床症状,促进其病情的好转,提升生活质量,在临床治疗中起着重要的作用。
Objective To analyze the application of humanistic care in schizophrenia nursing.Methods 66 schizophrenics admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:33 patients in the control group were received routine nursing,33 patients in the observation group were received humanistic nursing on the basis of the control group,and compare related indexes of the two groups after nursing.Results Compared with the two groups,after 1 month and 2 months nursing,the score of PANSS in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of NORS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care for schizophrenic patients is helpful to improve clinical symptoms,improve their condition,improve their quality of life,and play an important role in clinical treatment.
